Dying declaration–Base of conviction–Though the certificate of the fit mental state of deceased was not recorded, yet it was recorded in presence of the doctor and the statement was given quite shortly to the happening bearing with the complete confidence–No reason to disbelieve the police officer who recorded the statements–Held, Court below was justified in relying on dying declaration.
