Rajasthan Colonisation (Allotment & Sale of Govt. Land in Indira Gandhi Canal Colony Area) Rules, 1975–Rule 20(c)–Cancellation of allotment on the ground that the petitioner made the overwriting in the tender submitted and altered the Murabba No as 92/62 in place of 42/62–Justification–Question of allotment of land of murabba number 42/62 does not arise as no such land available was included in the notification–It was a bona fide mistake which was corrected by petitioner at the time of submitting the tender–No case of manipulation by petitioner–He is in possession of land and availed the benefit thereof for all these years without depositing the remaining amount–Allotment deserves to be restored.
