Stamp Act, 1899–Secs. 33, 35 & 38–Document which is the agreement of sale was allowed to be taken on record, however, declined to be impounded–It was imperative for the Court to have impounded the document for payment of proper stamp duty–Impugned order is set aside and trial Court is directed to send the document for adjudication of proper stamp duty.
