Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 308, 308/34, 326/34, 325/34 & 323/34–Order of framing charge–Injured specifically mentioned that the accused came armed with iron rod and voluntarily caused injuries to him–His statements were found corroborated with the statements of other witnesses–Two injuries were grievous in nature–Injuries were on head, chest and forearm–Prima facie sufficient evidence to show the offence u/s. 308–Held, trial Court has not committed any error in framing the charge.
