Criminal Trial–Blood Stains–Plea of appellant that the blood stains were not found on the recovered pipe–Pipe was recovered at the behest of the appellant–All the witnesses in unison deposed that he used the pipe to inflict the injury on the head of deceased–It was proved that the pipe was used to inflict the fatal injury–Plea negated.
