Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 26, Rule 9–Local investigation at the discretion of the Court–When can be required ?
(i) for the purpose of elucidating any matter in dispute,
(ii) for ascertaining the market value of any property, and
(iii) for ascertaining the amount of any mesne profit or damages or annual net profit.
