Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955–Sec. 207, Explanation–If the main relief can be granted by the Revenue Court, it is immaterial that the relief asked for from the Civil Court is greater than , or addition to, or is not identical with that which the Revenue Court could have granted–Meaning thereby, if the Revenue Court is competent to grant the main relief, it would be competent to grant the ancillary relief too.
