Limitation Act, 1963–Arts. 58, 59 & 60–Plaintiff avered that he was aged 13 years in the year 1998 when the sale deed was executed–He attained majority in the year 2003 and suit was filed in the year 2019–Though the observation of trial Court as regard to the applicability of the provisions of Arts. 58 & 59 is not correct, yet as per provisions of Art. 60, the suit was beyond the limitation.
