Rajasthan Prisoners (Release on Parole) Rules, 1958–Rule 9–While granting the parole, condition was imposed that the petitioner will reside permanently in village Sankariya–Petitioners have availed four regular parole and their conduct was found satisfactory–Reasonable condition can be imposed, however, reasonability is to be examined by assessing the objective conditions–Held, condition deserves to be quashed.
