Hindu Marriage Act, 1955–Sec. 13–Cruelty–Meaning of–A conduct of a nature in personal relations which is of such a character magnitude and recurrence making it not merely difficult but impossible for one spouse to live day to day with the other–It not only creates a fear of harm physically but causes such mental stress and agony that it shatters the personally morale and humanity of the other spouse.
