Right to Fair Compensation & Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013–Sec. 24(1)–Scope–Provision contemplates two situations–
(i) firstly, where no award has been made–In such situation, all provisions of Act of 2013 relating to the determination of compensation shall apply, (ii) Where the award has been made u/s. 11 of Act of 1894–All the proceedings under the Act of 1894 shall continue as if the said Act has not been repealed.
