Evidence Act, 1872–Sec. 65(d)–Application under–Allowed–Suit for permanent injunction–The bahi khatas maintained by Pandas are not handed over to other persons thereby, are not easily movable–Applicant has given the name, address and phone numbers and the relevant details of the Panda–The veracity of the contents and the evidentiary value of the document produced is not a subject matter at the stage of allowing the application–Petitioner shall have right to challenge the contents and evidentiary value at an appropriate stage–He also shall be entitled to produce the evidence to counter the secondary evidence produced–Held, no error is found in the impugned order.
