Registration of Sale Deed–Once a document transferring the immovable property is registered, the transaction passes out of the domain of a mere contract and into one of a conveyance–Thus, the provisions of T.P. Act would apply and provisions of the Contract Act cannot be utilized so as to override the situation covered by the provisions of T.P. Act.
