Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 190–Application for taking cognizance against the persons who were left by investigation agency–Trial Court has the power to summon the accused left out if the evidence collected by Investigation Officer establishes their involvement–Impugned orders of trial Court and revisional Court set aside and matter remanded back for passing fresh order in accordance with the law.
