Industrial Disputes Act, 1947–Sec. 17B–Prayer for modification of order passed u/s. 17B on the ground that the respondent has attained the age of superannuation–Once the employee attains the age of superannuation, the possibility of being employed goes away–Order passed in pursuance of application u/s. 17B shall not continue after the employee attains the age of superannuation–Order deserves to be modified accordingly.
