Closing of evidence–Evidence of the petitioners was closed after giving 20 opportunities–Matter was kept again for petitioner’s evidence and 4 opportunities were given–Thereafter, the ex-parte proceedings were initiated–Petitioners filed the application under Order 9, Rule 9–Ex-parte proceedings were set aside and, thereafter, 12 opportunities were given to them–Last opportunity was given on the cost of Rs. 300/- –Petitioners failed to explain the reason before this Court for failure to lead the evidence–No case is made out for interference.
