Transfer of Property Act, 1882–Sec. 122–Gift–Execution of–After the settlement dated 28.10.1995, one of the donee had acted upon the gift property through her sale deed dated 23.05.1997–Therefore, the donor after such transaction by donee over the gifted property, could not have revoked the settlement.
