Motor Vehicles Act, 1988–Sec. 147–Tractor attached to trolley caused the accident–Trolley was neither registered nor insured–NAW 2 admitted that the trolley was attached to the questioned tractor–This fact was also mentioned in FIR–Merely because the Investigation Agency did not seize the attached trolley, it cannot be a ground to disregard the fact of attachment of trolley–Breach of policy conditions–Appellant-Insurance Company is liberty to recover the award from the driver and owner of vehicle.
