Registration Act, 1908–Sec. 17(1)(b)–Requirement of registration of Ex. P2–Document was executed between the plaintiff-parties of a suit for presumption that the plaintiff P is not having the sufficient amount for consideration, plaintiff A is authorised to deposit the full amount of consideration and get the fruits of decree of presumption alone–Decree passed by trial Court on 28.07.1986 was conditional and document Ex. P-2 was executed subsequent to the order of passing the decree–However, rights of both parties had not been created before the date of deposit of decreetal amount–Document question was only an agreement which was not required to be necessarily to be registered.
