Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 302/34–Evidence Act, 1872–Sec. 32–Conviction–Sustainability–Deceased admitted in dying declaration that her husband and in-laws attempted to save her by using the sand–Witnesses specifically stated that the deceased set herself on fire–It was also stated that she was a short tempered stubborn and quarrelsome lady–Appellants were impleaded in order to avoid the allegations of suicide–Contradictions between the parcha bayan and dying declaration in regard to the manner of the incident–Appellants are entitled to be acquitted from the charge.
