Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001–Sec. 9–Scope for amendment in
pleading on the ground of subsequent events–If the subsequent events sought to be brought on record by way of amendment are of such nature that the bonafide requirement of the suit premises by the land-lord stands completely eclipsed, then such amendment which is necessary for effective and complete adjudication of the issue with regard to bonafide requirement of the premises by the land-lord, may be allowed at any stage of the proceeding.
