Rajasthan Land Revenue (Allotment of Land for Agricultural Purposes) Rules, 1970–Rule 14–Resumption of land in-ceiling proceeding–Thereafter, it was allotted to private respondents–Appeal against the order of resumption was filed before RAA which was allowed–Revision–BOR dismissed the revision–Thereafter, appeal for cancellation of allotment was filed before RAA–Allowed–BOR set aside the order of RAA on the ground of absence of jurisdiction–Single Judge set aside the order of BOR–Instant special appeal–Earlier, the order was passed in revision with observation that the allotment made under the order dated 21.08.1971 would not be disturbed, had became final, then there was no question for the BOR on the ground of jurisdiction–Further, the objection of jurisdiction was never raised in appeal or revision and matter was argued on merits–Held, no interference would be justified in the order of Sigle Bench.
