Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994–Sec. 97–Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956–Sec. 136–Pattas were rejected in revision and Tehsildar was directed to correct the entry by taking the recourse of Sec. 136– Pattas were issued by the Gram Panchayat under the bonafide impression that the land is abadi–No fraud was played–Petitioner have constructed the dwelling houses and shops–Property is enjoyed by them since the year 1997–It would be harsh to remove or displace the petitioners–It would be appropriate to direct for conversion of land as abadi land.
