Insurance Claim–Entitlement–Policy covering bodily injury resulting solely and directly from an accident caused by outward, violent and visible means–No injury was found on the body of deceased–Cause of death was asphyxiation caused by alcohol consumption and regurgitation of food into larynx–Held, Insurance Company would not be liable to settle the claim–Further held, respondent no. 1 acted only as a mediator for depositing the premium of the employee with the Insurance Company –It cannot be held liable–It had no liability under the Insurance Policy–Findings recorded by the National Commission do not require any interference.
