Sec. 151–Application under–Rejection of–Observation of Trial Court that ample opportunities to lead the evidence were given to petitioner-plaintiffs–They got six opportunities during the period of two years–Further, they were intending to delay the proceedings–They filed four applications and out of them two were rejected–One was dismissed with a cost of Rs. 1,000/- and even after several opportunities, they did not deposit the amount of cost–Furthermore, the observation that the reason assigned for absence was baseless–Held, no case is made out for interference in the impugned order.
