Hindu Minority & Guardianship Act, 1956–Sec. 8(1)(2)–Limitation Act, 1963–Art. 60–A quondam minor plaintiff challenging the transfer of an immovable property made by his guardian in contravention of Sec. 8(1)(2), and who seeks the possession of property, can file the suit only within the limitation prescribed under Art. 60–Articles 109, 110 or 113 would not be applicable in such case.
