Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 302/149 & 148–Conviction–PW 3 & PW 12 were immediately present at the spot and identified the accused with various weapons in their hands–Defence never suggested that the injuries were the result of fall–Plea of false implication was also found to be untrue–Past enmity by itself will not discredit any testimony–History of bad blood gives a clear motive for the crime–Conviction deserves to be upheld.
