Criminal Jurisprudence–Closing of evidence of prosecution in the trial for the offence u/s. 494–Earlier, the order for expeditious trial was passed by this Court, and therefore, the Trial Court closed the evidence of PW 4–Complainant filed the revision challenging the order, however, before passing the order of remand by the Revisional Court, the Trial Court had discharged the accused–Thereafter, the order of discharge was set aside and Trial Court was directed to pass an appropriate order after recording the statements of PW 4–Whether any illegality ?–Held, no–Order of setting aside the discharge of accused has also been affirmed by this Court–No case is made out for interference.
