Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 7, Rule 11–Scope–If on a meaningful reading of the plaint not by cursory reading, the plaint does not disclose a cause of action and clear right to sue the plaintiff or otherwise appears to be barred by law, the same can be rejected under Order 7, Rule 11.
