Hindu Marriage Act, 1955–Sec. 13-B–Decree of divorce passed by trial Court despite of non-appearance of appellant-wife–Appreciation of–After six months of filing application, parties submitted their affidavit on second motion–Appellant-wife informed the Court that she has received the amount of Rs. 10 lakhs, settled as permanent alimony–Thereafter, she again remained present on next date and informed the Court that she has received the remaining amount of permanent alimony–Consent of appellant remained continue till second motion–There was a compliance of provisions of Sec. 13-B–
Held, decree of divorce was rightly granted.
