Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955–Secs. 88 & 212–Trial Court refused to proceed with the revenue suit–Justification–Effect and operation of the order passed by the BOR have been stayed by this Court–Trial Court was under the obligation to proceed with the revenue suit as the interim order passed by this Court has not stayed the proceedings pending before it–Directed accordingly.
