Criminal Trial–Cases of group rivalries and enmities–General tendency to rope as many persons as possible–Courts are required to keep very cautions–Court should keep in mind that if a reasonable doubt has been arising with regard to participation of any of accused who has been roped, benefit of the doubt should be given.
