Hindu Joint Family–Whether the property was belonging to HUF or it
was self acquired property of S–Appellant-plaintiff has not mentioned in his pleadings that the property was purchased out of the funds of HUF during the subsistence of the HUF–He also failed to show the date of division of HUF–On the date of purchase of property, father of S was not alive–Sale deed no where reveals that the property was purchased out of HUF funds–Admission in plaint that the property was belonging to S–Held, trial Court rightly concluded that the property was self acquired property of S.
