Rajasthan Land Reforms & Resumption of Jagirs Act, 1952–Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955–Secs. 15 & 88–Direction of SDM for recording the land in name of Doli Banam Mandir Charbhuja Ji–Confirmed till Single Bench–Sus-tainability–After coming into force the Act of 1952, the rights of Jagirdar including Hindu Idol were taken away and the land was given for cultivation to a tenant or was cultivated through a tenant, such land became khatedari of the tenant and on which, the tenant had direct relations with the State–Matter was adjudicated by the Single Bench after the judgment passed by the Full Bench in the case of Tara & Ors.–Rights of parties were required to be determined in view of said judgment–All the impugned orders set aside and directed to SDM to pass a reasoned order in accordance with law.
