Law of Contract–Condition that the respondent-allottees would be responsible for removal of encroachers from the land in question–Whether the condition is against public policy and non enforceable as being non est–Held, in view of the fact that the respondents acted on the resolution and entered into agreement where by they sought to surrender their encroached land in favour of petitioner, and got lease deeds issued of the plots of land, they made an attempt to convert their imperfect title to a perfect title–Condition cannot be held against public policy or ultra vires.
