Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 7, Rule 11(b)–Rajasthan Court Fees & Suit Valuation Act, 1961–Aspect of valuation of the plaint is to be determined at the appropriate stage once such objection is taken in the written statement–If any determination is made against the plaintiff and the court fees are not paid, then the provisions of Order 7, Rule 11(b) would come into force–Prior to this stage, it cannot be said that the plaint was liable to be rejected.
