Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 70(2)–Petitioners are seeking to convert their arrest warrant into a bailable warrant and willing to surrender before the learned trial Court–Held, arrest warrant shall be kept in abeyance for a period of three weeks to enable the petitioners to surrender before the trial Court and apply the bail.
