Rajasthan Tenancy (Government) Rules, 1955–Rule 7–Allotment of land for construction of Sahid Smarak–Allotted land was recorded as gochar land–District Collector is competent to convert the gochar land for non-agricultural purpose–Gram Panchayat has communicated to Collector that the Smarak would be constructed with the contribution of local people–Further, the local MLA has also sanctioned the fund for the construction of the same and erecting the structure of the National Flag–It would not be in the interest of anybody to cancel the allotment–Land in question is situated in the centre of the village surrounded by the market and it can not be termed as pasture land–Declined to interfere.
