Possession & Permanent Injunction–Suit for–Decreed–S was not competent to alienate the entire property without determination and partition of her specific share so as to bind the other co-owners–Though the appellant-purchaser acted in good faith and without any illegality on her part, the transfer of the undivided and unpartitioned property in it’s entirety solely by S was invalid beyond her own share–Suit was rightly decreed.
