Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 228–Framing of charge–Legal aspects of–Court has to prima facie consider that whether there is sufficient ground for proceeding against the accused–Court is not required to appreciate the evidence and arrive at the conclusion that the material produced by prosecution is sufficient or not for conviction of the accused–If the prima facie case is made out, the charge has to be framed.
