Penal Code–Secs. 302/34, 307/34 & 324/34–Conviction–Case of direct evidence–Testimony of eyewitnesses–Appreciation of–Incident took place in two parts–Twelve and nine assailants were named by the first informant–No significant contradictions/ infirmities were found in her version–PW 9, the wife of deceased also attributed the specific role of some accused-persons–PW 10 is the injured witness–Trial Court found the three accused guilty after sifting the chaff from the grain–It carried the thorough exercise for identifying the particular persons who were responsible for causing the injuries to the injured witness and deceased–Mere fact that some persons who were mentioned in the FIR were not charge-sheeted would not give any advantage to appellants–Interference declined.
