nos. 2 to 4 were restrained from making entries in the revenue record and respondent No. 5 was restrained from taking any action of regularisation of the land–Though the notices were issued to respondents, yet trial Court did not wait the service of notices–Trial Court was pre-determined to pass such order–A Civil Court while granting the order of temporary injunction is expected to be more cautious–Jurisdiction cannot be exercised in casual manner Impugned order quashed and set aside.
