Sec. 151–Revision against the order of refusing from making reference–Impleadment of respondent no. 3 as a party of revision as he had purchased the land–Issue as regard to being the land of deity is to be examined by BOR and if during the pendency of revision petition, the third party right is being claimed, BOR would be in better position to adjudicate upon such transaction whether validly made or not–Rights of petitioner will not be prejudiced–Interference declined.
