Constitution of India, 1950–Arts. 226/227–Maintainability of petition in the dispute of landlord and tenant–A petition in regard to land-lord tenant neither can be entertained nor it is maintainable against a private individual to determine an intense dispute including the question whether one party harassing the other party–High Court has the jurisdiction to ensure that all subordinate as well as statutory or quasi-judicial Tribunals exercise the powers vested in them within the bounds of their authority.
