Criminal Trial–Last Seen–Testimony of–Reliability–PW 5 stated that he saw the deceased with appellants in early morning on 09.10.1999–He intriguingly, despite noticing him in the company of two accused and despite having heard a cry from the boy, he did not look back–His behaviour is unnatural–PW 5 was the closed relative of PW 1 and accused had the previous enmity with PW 1–Statements of PW 5 were recorded after two months –Unreliable testimony.
