Industrial Disputes Act, 1947–Sec. 2(s)–Apprentices Act, 1961–Sec. 18–Conflict between both provisions–The Act of 1961 is a special enactment that provides the provisions relating to apprentice–Therefore, the provisions of the Act of 1961 would prevail over the provisions of the Act of 1947.
