Consumer Protection Act, 1986–Sec. 58(2)–As per provisions of Section, powers and authority can be exercised by a Bench having one or more members and the proviso provides that the senior most member of the Bench shall preside over the Bench–Jurisdiction of National Commission vests with a Bench comprising of minimum two members of the Commission–Impugned order was passed by a single member of National Commission–Quashed and set aside and directed to decide afresh.
