Industrial Disputes Act, 1947–Sec. 25F–Termination was held in violation of Sec. 25F and the petitioner-employer was directed to reinstate the workman–Prayer of the petitioner-employer that the workman was engaged purely as a daily wager and there was a long lapse of time between the date of termination and the adjudication of the dispute–Nature of relief consequent to illegality u/s. 25 is not automatic and must depend upon the facts and circumstances of the each case–There is no findings of the Labour Court of any mala fide action, unfair labour practice or retention of juniors in violation of Sec. 25G or 25H of the Act–Directed to pay the lump sum monetary compensation of Rs. 1,50,000/- in lieu of reinstatement.
