Contributory Negligence–Appreciation of findings–Appellant was held liable for 50% contributory negligence–He was crossing the 40 ft. road on motorcycle–Offending vehicle collided with him almost at the end of the 40 ft. wide–Collision could be avoided by van driver by driving it in the middle of road–It was driven in excessive speed–Accident could not be avoided in spite of viewing the motorcycle–Held, negligence of claimant cannot be assessed more than 25%.
