Land in the Indira Gandhi Canal Colony Area) Rules, 1975–Rule 13(8)–Cancellation of allotment –Appeal against–Dismissed as not maintainable–Revision–BOR observed that the appeal was maintainable–Further, it held that the cancellation order was not carrying the signatures of the Presiding Officer, and, therefore, it was not a valid cancellation order–Whether proper ?–Held, no–Revisional Authority was required to remand the matter to the Appellate Authority for fresh adjudication–Further, the serious questions of facts are involved in the instant case as to whether the notice was issued to the respondent before this order, whether he defaulted or not in payment of installments, and these are to be decided on merits–Impugned order set aside and matter remanded back for deciding the appeal afresh.
